CLEO has compiled a directory of lawyers in Ontario who have:

• indicated that they practice nonprofit or charity law
• published articles or given presentations about the ONCA

CLEO reviewed each law firm’s website to confirm that their practice included nonprofit or charity clients. We also asked the lawyers to verify or change their listing before we published the directory.  However, CLEO has not vetted these lawyers and cannot recommend any lawyers. We are simply curating a list of potential choices to help make choosing a lawyer easier.

We invite other nonprofit or charity lawyers with ONCA experience to submit a listing to the directory for consideration.
